There are four ways in which you can fund a cauda equina claim:
1. No win no fee – a no win no fee agreement is also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). The majority of our cauda equina claims are run on this basis. With a no win no fee agreement and legal expenses insurance, you will be financially protected. You will not have to pay any money out of your own pocket if you lose. If you win, deductions may be made from your compensation settlement, but this will not happen until your damages have been received.
